I know I say this about a lot of my new releases, but I am soooo excited about this preset. :) This one has been in development for about 6 months and I've just finally gotten it where I wanted it! Lemon Lime was designed with a cross-process, Lomo type effect in mind, which I love - and I've never seen this done WELL in Lightroom before so I am thrilled about how the settings finally came together! And as you can see from the examples below, it gives a fabulous pop to still life and nature shots as well as portraits.

I made some changes to this one so that the effect is a little more subtle and versatile. 1960's Glow also includes another preset called 1969, which has slightly different tones and brightness. NEW! What A Peach

This was developed as I was working on a set of baby photos. I absolutely love what it does to portraits, especially ones of girls! :) It retains some of the photo's original color, but gives everything a wash of pastel - then adds a delightful peachy-pink tone. The result is feminine, sweet, and delicate. This also works well on florals and still life.

NEW! Platinum

This is actually a preset that I've had around for a long, long time! Platinum is technically a black & white, but I like to think of it as a "classy black & white". :) It's delicately split toned to give it the perfect balance of warmth and cool hints of silver. The effects are subtle and even, not quite as dramatic or contrast-y as my Light & Shadow and Linen presets. It works on pretty much every photo I apply it to no matter what the lighting or exposure. I generally don't process a lot of black & whites, but I've always loved the effect of this preset and consider it one of my best.

NEW! Old Chicago

This is a preset I've been working on for awhile - it has a very unique kind of vintage/epic look to it that I especially enjoy on portraits. The tones are a mixture of both cool and warm, making it very versatile. It's very nicely applied on downtown/city scenes as well as forest/woodsy shots. Developed for RAW (jpg versions of all of my presets are coming soon though!!) :)

NEW! Moderne Retro

The first of several new presets to be released this week!!

As you can probably tell, I LOVE retro processing! And I'm so excited about this new preset in particular, because it's the most versatile of any of the retro presets I've developed. It will still provide those punchy retro colors, but it won't affect skin tone much more than warming it up slightly. It works well on both fair and darker skin tones. And of course, this looks fabulous on all sorts of still life images... the more blues you have, and the darker the exposure, the more drastic the retro colors will be (as I've shown in the example with the lake). For less saturated photos or those with less blues, you'll find that it provides the perfect palette of balanced retro tones - making this preset one you can use on almost everything!

I am also including a "Moderne Retro Subtle" version, which is basically the same preset but with more subtle colors and tones - just in case the original version is too much on a particular photo.

Whisper (Cool & Warm)

The first of 3 new releases!

Some of my pro-photographer customers have requested a versatile portrait preset, so I have been working the last few months on perfecting what I feel is one of the best you will find - and I'm excited to now offer the finished product for use in your workflow! Per request, this is a classic preset that won't effect drastic changes in color. I think you'll be amazed at how beautifully it works with skin - smoothes and softens and adds a bit of radiance - and evens skin tone. Whisper will also smooth out background bokeh, lighten shadows, slightly soften bold colors, and provide a subtle glow, like a wash of cream. As an added bonus, I'm offering both warm and cool versions, as you may find that certain lighting and colors benefit more from one or the other.

This preset will work wonderfully on your wedding, family, children and baby portraits. Please note that this was developed for RAW and I would only recommend using it on RAW files. You will receive both presets for the price noted.

Something new on my blog... I thought I would be fun to have a weekly feature of YOUR photos using RL presets! This beautiful shot by wedding photographer Christi Nelson was processed with Light & Shadow. I ♥ it! Very epic don't you think? This type of photo is where the Light & Shadow preset really shines, because it provides that intense drama of light & dark.

Grandma's Album

Soooo excited about this new preset!! I've been using it like crazy in my workflow lately. This gives a sweet, wonderful old-photograph feel, just like you might see in your grandma's album. This preset is very unique - haven't seen any out there like it. :) Grandma's Album will preserve color in the skin and lips, so you can freely use it on portraits, while adding vintage pink, violet and gold tones.
